The website cadet-erp.com automatically records technical visit data: IP address, visited page, country and city of origin, internet service provider (ISP), browser and device type (User-Agent), and referring page (Referer). This data is used solely for our own visitor statistics and is not shared with third parties.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties beyond statutory obligations.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, or for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations, but no longer than 5 years, or until consent is withdrawn.

Processors and Third Parties

Calendly, LLC — demo booking tool. If you complete the booking form, your data (name, email, meeting time) is processed by Calendly as an independent data controller. Calendly privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.

Google LLC — fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, the visitor's IP address is sent to Google's servers. Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Security

Authentication credentials are protected using cryptographic hash functions.
